Originally founded as Future Planning Associates in 1985, USI Affinity has been servicing the insurance and financial needs of its policyholders for more than three decades. Presently, USI Affinity services employees in a wide spectrum of job titles including 2,000,000 educators, members of labor unions and professional associations, and other professionals with innovative life and health insurance benefits offered without medical examinations or blood tests.
USI Affinity - Union and Employee Affiliations' programs provide unique insurance benefits for family members while also providing financial planning and retirement counseling as well as a wide range of other benefits and services. As a full service administrator, USI Affinity delivers continuous client service including periodic benefit reviews conducted by experienced licensed Benefit Counselors. We also act as advocates for policyholders to ensure prompt responses to policy service requests and fair consideration of all claims. Our programs are designed to complement existing provided benefits. We custom design unique benefit programs underwritten by the nation's leading underwriters.
